Hi @akote123, yes that is how the stack offsets are determined for the associated register variables. x64 only provides ~16 GPRs (including the stack register, which we cannot overwrite). So in order to avoid register conflicts we need to save some variables to the stack. Each variable will use a full 64-bit register, so stack space needed per variable is 8 bytes. First variable is at offset 0, next one at offset 8, and so on. Last one is at offset 248, then total stack space needed is 256.
