I have a folder with these special chars... and it throws an exception as I mentioned above.

        string tPath = "/drive/root:/Folder A/$%~&^#";
        try
        {
            ODItem od = await cn.GetItemAsync(new ODItemReference() { Path = tPath }, ItemRetrievalOptions.DefaultWithChildren);
        }
        catch (ODServerException ex)
        {
            if (ex.ServiceError.Error.Code == "itemNotFound")
            {
                MessageBox.Show("Path Not Found!");
            }
        }

I should have tried additional characters. I'm able to reproduce this issue where some of the characters aren't being properly URL encoded. I'll take a look and update the code.
