Use a func like GetLog() instead of log, you can initilalize log in the fuction with slight performance loss

It should work for one library. What if I'm developing an app using a library, and wish to use the same log settings for both app and the library? Does it mean I have to provide my own way to unify the configuration?

I moved the configuration code to init() in package main and the problem is resolved.
