MPI_Type_match_size() did not return successfully and the error was fatal.
The root cause could either be a bug in the application, or a bug in the Open MPI library.
At this stage, there is nothing that point into one or the other direction.
Try figuring out how MPI_Type_match_size() was called (e.g. which parameters were used) when the subroutine failed so we can assess whether this is a legit failure or an Open MPI bug.
