checkout action outdated

we need uses: actions/checkout@v3

switch to mambaforge

We should switch to conda from mambaforge because conda-4.10.3-py39hf3d152e_2 has a failure in interpreting the version string 3.10 as 3.1

move to dockertesting

we have to move the creation of stable and develop user images to dockertesting and to make sure each entry point is called from an activated env as main() function

on x2goclient in singularity mss did not start

We should try to find the needed packages for using mss in x2go environments

On ssh -x call to a singularity server it works

Post failed tests to Slack

Currently if the daily tests fail I receive an email notification.
This is of course not future proof. Instead GitHub should send a notification to one of our Slack channels.

script needs a --seed for demodata

we have refactored creation of demodata by the --seed option
