General OpenAI implementation requirements:
- implement retrying requests with exponential backlog (more info)
- can use Backoff or Tenacity libraries
- batching
- Guidance on how to finetune
Free rate limits:
- 20 requests/min
- 150, 000 tokens/min

Implementation:
- Use the OpenAI or Azure OpenAI model to generate completions and prompts
- Can transcribe the videos for ease of finding videos and to increase accessibility
Benefits:
- will learn quickly
Limitations:
- rate limited as outlined above
- need to apply for access to Azure OpenAI
