I think this is a good idea considering all our recent trouble with geocoding. Moving this to "ready"

Moving this to a "I should do this soon" because just yesterday I wrote two custom scrapers that include latitude and longitude information. This is particularly important when the DA is for a new development where the street addresses are unlikely to be recognised by a geocoder.

I'm guessing if it was a good idea a year ago, it still is.
