Add support for GPX output format.

- Each of these formats have its own characteristics.
- Each of them is - in our case - a collection of geocaches.

That's why I plan for each of them to have a separate method in 
"services/caches/formatters/*" namespace.

For example, user will call 
services/caches/formatters/gpx?oxcodes=OXXXXX|OYYYYY, to get a GPX file with 
the selected two geocaches.

In order to SEARCH and get a GPX file, user will call:

search_and_retrieve
?search_method=services/caches/search/nearest
&search_params={"center":"49|19"}
&retr_method=services/caches/formatters/gpx
&retr_params={"include_descriptions":"true"}
