This has been solved this morning, tomorrow will be deployed for testing

That URL is not correct:
- Species are not coded with 3 letters but with whole name 'hsapiens'
- 'latest' can only be used for stable versions
The rest of the URL use these values. Try:
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/cellbase/webservices/rest/v3/hsapiens/feature/id/BRC/starts_with?of=json

I have tested it and updated client to use this web service.
Only the genes are working right now, might the web service find SNPs and other features?
