No CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER could be found.

1210.1         Tell CMake where to find the compiler by setting either the environment
1210.1         variable "CXX" or the CMake cache entry CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER to the full path
1210.1         to the compiler, or to the compiler name if it is in the PATH.

OpenCV team does not provide bibary package for Alpine and it's built from sources on user machine. You need to install g++ and some other dependencies. Please take a look the project readme.
