Thanks for the ping from your side. Unfortunately I was too busy these days...
But you got actually a good entry point for OpenStreetMap data regarding energy-related infrastructure with OSM key "power".

Environmental Sensor Data in private domains:

I see now the Energy Hackdays have been productive yet another time, and I see at least following active projects which are strongly related to maps and spatial analysis:

1. Are there any other hackday projects which could use OSM data?
2. Any questions left from these and other hackday projects for OSM?
