i guess a raspi,
and even with a raspberry4 8GB edition this is quite normal,
with attached devices there, you just can run goerli without any customisations to the system.
otherwise you have too less computational power in combination with an USB-connected device

A week of waiting(discord + github) for someone to tell me that the problem is that your client is not optimized enough to run it on a more than correct setup!

In principle this client should be faster, and less memory hungry than Geth, which works on Raspberry Pi 8GB just fine
