配置好了，页面可以正常进入，但是看不到实例对象，docker部署，和本地部署都尝试过

我这边没配置数据库也能进页面，你可以看下本地 Mysql 中有没有 hippo4j_manager 这个数据库，你使用的是打包好的版本，还是最新的代码

今天又看了下部署的代码，mysql部署过，用的是打包好的版本。
docker部署也试过，那个我看了是内置数据库，应该也是没问题的啊
