Not that I know of. Should not be too hard to construct one based on the existing.

I don't want to clone the git repo to map as source to opengrok. is there any other way to do it ?

This question does not seem to be related to the LDAP setup. The indexer needs to have the data that will be indexing available on a file system, i.e. for git repository you will need to clone it first.
