Aside from impression multiplier and rating questions... is there enough difference between these 2 environments from a demand-side perspective to merit the complexity?

Difference in measurement approach maybe? Would want someone on the buy-side to weigh in here.

Measurement, reach/multiplier/pricing are the only differences I can think of. I don't mind renaming for consistency's sake if we're using the terms "Outside" and "Inside" for buses.
