What happens to "Outdoor" as a parent? It already parents some of the above. Would it make sense to rename "Outdoor" parent to "Street" and add the additional children under there?

-1. I don't see the benefit of "Street" versus "Outdoor". I'm open to updating the parent of "Taxi Top", but that should be its own independent item for discussion.

-1 from me as well. I would think almost all places that are worth advertising that are "Outdoor" are likely to be street-side... but I could be wrong.

I could see more children (e.g. I could see taking Billboard - and redefining it/splitting it as "Highway" - and perhaps Urban Panel is "Urban" - with "Suburban" and/or "Rural" as interesting contexts?

Bus shelter I suspect we could/should reparent under "Transit : Buses" but... I'm not sure I feel strongly enough to advocate for a possible compatibility impacting change - and if we did I suspect we'd deprecate the existing category and add a new one to facilitate migration...
