Not able to do yum install cri-o -y due to network issue but My network would be stable more than 150MBPs Speed

What exact issue? It could be some mirror is misbehaving, but in any case more details should be in yum log.

I tried to install yum install cri-o -y Before that i have exported verison 1.17 Cretaed succesfully repo under yum.repos.d While installing files is not downloded and it failes like Tranfer failed try another mirror. So what i did i copies the same url tried download manually from browser. It failed could not download network error. But some of my friend tried sme procedure it worked fine.

Usually tools like wget or curl are handy to troubleshoot such problems. What is output of wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel%3A/kubic%3A/libcontainers%3A/stable/CentOS_7/x86_64/containernetworking-plugins-1.1.1-1.el7.2.7.x86_64.rpm if it shows the error as well?
