Add keynote speakers attribute to conference model

What have we done about this?
@gopesht do you need a label-role 'Keynote Speaker' which can be manually assigned to people that are keynote speakers?

Note: the roles will be conference specific.

I guess a permanent role such as organizer etc. This will be way efficient than to build a separate entity for the sake of this role. :).
