The color in conference settings?
This is intended for the graphs on the dashboard ;)
(Help text: The color will be used eg for the dashboard. -> Maybe we could this make more precise!)
Unfortunately if you want to change the color of the header you have to do this with css :(
-> Please make a feature request for this one!

For the record for hard-coding the color that's in /assets/stylesheets/strap-on.css.scss first line
But I guess that wouldn't be the worst feature to implement :)
