Well in my eyes the entire point of gui is so that there's no need to manually input flags ;)
I'd rather just add flags as people are requesting them. What is your specific use case?

Haha, just trying to save you some work. ;)
Personally I use --keepremote a lot with feature finish (my team likes to hoard branches).

I've implemented this, but while gitflow4idea issues the proper command, gitflow itself does not seem to accept it.
Does it work for you from the CLI? Are you using the AVH edition of git flow?

I tested this today from PHPStorm's terminal, worked perfectly.
Gitflow 1.6.1 (AVH) on Ubuntu 14
