IdentityDomains List functions refer to var baseUri which does not exist

The IdentityDomains client is a special non-regional client and you would need to set the endpoint manually. To find Domain URL, naviage to Identity > Domains in OCI console, choose relevant domain, then in the overview page, find Domain URL under Domain Information, click Copy. Then you can use this value to set the endpoint using the SetEndpoint method available in each client as done in the KMS Example": https://github.com/oracle/oci-dotnet-sdk/blob/master/Examples/KeymanagementExample.cs#L60

Thanks @github-anurag, strange it's not just another parameter, but I can at least put handlers in for an empty client till the new IAM Domains are deployed.
