actually update-pipeline-ops-depls-generated does pushes to git in the secrets repo such as bosh-cloudwatt-preprod-secrets/master-depls/concourse-ops/pipelines/ops-depls-generated.yml
discussion with @o-orand : we could move update-pipeline-ops-depls-generated job into its own pipeline, and have pipeline depend on the git secret resource with path to the pipeline file.
