Support to pandoc's markdown extensions?

What extensions are you interested in?

Basically all of them (where it makes sense to include in discount, e.g. support for raw TeX can be avoided). Of course some of them are more interesting than others like "Delimited code blocks", "Tables", the extended ordered lists, "Definition lists" and "Footnotes".

By the way, I've recently got this bug report in the Debian package, which asked the same thing (it's where I got interested in the feature), but there's no additional information in there.

Many of those features are already supported; if someone wants to write a documentation patch to make it more obvious that they're supported I'd love to include it!

Uh, right, I should have checked better it seems...

I'll try to update mkd-extensions.7 with the missing ones, if time permits.
