Are there any VPS services (other than AWS) where you can load up a synced bitcoin-core AMI? This would help people bootstrap much quickly.

https://voltage.cloud/, is more lightning focused but they might have just Bitcoin backends

Voltage is very economical. But they don't provide ssh / any form of direct access.
