The system provides information about the current application server. In a load balanced environment it may be difficult to determine which application server a user is connected to. In order to get log files from the correct system or to troubleshoot other issues, the identification of the current app server is important. This building block can be reached through the Admin tab, Community System module, or direct url. The url can be posted as an iframe on help desk page. Host name, IP, CPU usage, and other data is provided.

Settings allow for selecting the date range for graphs, limiting access. The interface is compatible with mobile devices like the iPhone. Overall CPU and Memory resource graphs are in planning to provide usage context.

Some Learning Management Systems, like Blackboard Learn , provide tools for student images, but such tools are insufficient . This software project creates a consistent and reliable way of identifying students for the needs of proctored exams as well as for learning student names.

WASS is a web based appointment scheduling system. WASS allows people to create calendars on which they indicate their availability for appointments. People can then access those calendars and make appointments. WASS includes an email notification and reminder facility, as well as iCal synchronization with local calendars (e.g., Outlook). WASS can be used by faculty and deans to schedule office hours or advising appointments. It can also be used to schedule tryouts. Appointments or meetings with any person, place or thing which is available for limited periods of time can be scheduled through WASS. The system is entirely web-based.
