Please try to reinstall the app. Then go to Maps & Res and press recycle icon at the top-right corner of screen (left to search icon). Then restore purchase and try to download map(s).

I did in fact reinstall the app. This did not help. It still crashes immediately at startup (so there's no way to do anything in the app).

If I understand the description correctly, the application was functioning before the maps were purchased.

1. Probably you already did, but I think @crimean meant try to disable any internet and then start the app.
2. We are missing some facts for example:
   A - Application was functioning and you managed to buy the maps
   B - It started crashing
   C - You removed the app and installed again (reboot here?)
   D - It still crashes (strange) - cause complete reinstall should bring the application to the state A. And then later you should be able to restore purchase. It also should restore settings.
3. @crimean do we see the reason in the logs, where it stopped working?

To confirm: Yes, I initially managed to start the app, purchase the 'all maps' option. When I tried starting it again it crashed at startup (~0.5 seconds after starting it). I've tried starting it with the phone in airplane mode, it still crashed. I've removed it and reinstalled it, it still crashed. I've rebooted the phone, it still crashed.

@crimean Can we temporary enable another version of application? Via testflight for example and investigate the issue in background.

Have you managed to look at this? Is there anything more I can do?

We are still investigating it. Unfortunately crash information didn't help us yet cause it doesn't list exact osmand methods. We are a bit struggling with getting application compile with latest ios SDK tools, this also might be a reason that we didn't repackage application for ios 9 and some functions has changed. We are planning to do it and we will let you know what've found.

@kprovost thanks! Test build has been uploaded on the TestFlight (for external testing). It requires review from Apple. Right after they will check it - you will receive email with invitation.
