Deprecate PathOverlay

I am going to move forward with this - I think it makes sense and it will hopefully clear up some confusion.

Just a small remark: the logical replacement of PathOverlay inside OSMBonusPack is Polyline (https://code.google.com/p/osmbonuspack/source/browse/trunk/OSMBonusPack/src/org/osmdroid/bonuspack/overlays/Polyline.java).

Redirecting to Polygon could be confusing for some users (as Polygon is always a closed and filled path).

The problem with referring people to the bonus pack is that the license that uses is a lot more restrictive than the one this project uses. So it isn't an option for everyone unfortunately.

OSMBonusPack uses LGPL 3.0
osmdroid was using LGPL until mid-2013, then moved to Apache 2.0 (Issue #485).

@MikeSpitz: could you explain the restrictions of LGPL 3.0, compared to Apache 2.0, that may block people to use it? I'm ready to reexamine the licence choice, if there are strong arguments for that.

As this osmdroid issue may not be the right place to discuss about that topic, feel free to open it as an Issue in OSMBonusPack project.
