Testing on Mac Pro 2,1 (2007), 10.6.8
Using Python Enthought distribution
Having trouble installing pyraf, with the following error:
ld: warning: directory not found for option '-L/usr/X11R6/lib64'
src/xutil.c:2:19: error: X11/X.h: No such file or directory
src/xutil.c:3:22: error: X11/Xlib.h: No such file or directory
src/xutil.c:4:23: error: X11/Xutil.h: No such file or directory
src/xutil.c:5:21: error: X11/Xos.h: No such file or directory
src/xutil.c:6:23: error: X11/Xatom.h: No such file or directory
Installing XQuartz did not seem to help. The X11 headers are present, but it seems to be looking for 64 bit ones instead of the 32 bit ones.

On JJ's machine he seems to lose mouse control after submitting the accept source dialog.
