I don't think there is anything broken in the upload part, cause it's working fine for both of my bots. If the Deploy instruction is followed properly as per readme it will work fine.

The uploader isn't resumable, and doesn't handle errors at all. That's why I called it "broken". Otherwise, it still works most of the time. Might be time to take another look at the Drive SDK's own uploader.
