@Xytronix i thought I'd share a tip with you as a workaround, because technically Maccy does sync with iCloud:
- ensure that iCloud is logged in with same Apple ID on both devices
- Turn on "Hand Off" settings on both devices
- Open Maccy
- search for and select the saved clipboard data you want to paste on iOS (works best if you don't enable "Paste Automatically")
- Paste on your iPhone
I've tested this and it works. Hope that helps you!

Maccy uses many macOS-specific APIs so the iOS app would need to be written from scratch. I don't see myself investing in a complete re-write at this point. Sorry about that,
