phantomjs timeout when getting new htmlcodesniffer

You've a few things there:

1. Regarding PhantomJS timing out: what version are you using? I can reproduce this issue using PhantomJS version 1.9.7 but not on 1.9.8 (which, granted, was only released 5 days ago). I think this is an issue with SSLv3. (Also see #62.)

   Note that http://raw.githubusercontent.com/ redirects to https://raw.githubusercontent/ and that the following fails:

   curl --sslv3 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/squizlabs/HTML_CodeSniffer/master/HTMLCS.js'
   

   You should update to 1.9.8 and see if the issue persists.

2. The messages cannot be modified since they are pulled from HTMLCS itself. The ability to add a XPath expression might be something better added to a v2 or possibly to HTML_CodeSniffer itself.

Just wanted to note that updating to the new phantomjs version fixed it.
