Tinc's internal routing table is automatically updated as usual when new nodes are discovered.
The system routing tables rules are only configured once when the application starts, as defined in network.conf. It is not possible to alter these routing tables once the VPN has started. This is a limitation of Android's VPN API, preventing the use of hook scripts and post-startup configuration.
Alternatively, it is possible to route a whole prefix (Route = 10.0.0.0/8 for example) in network.conf and assign an IP within this range to the nodes. That way, traffic to those destinations will be handled by tinc in any case.
