No, unfortunately it doesn't show any errors

However when you access the page again after you have created the page it shows the following error: Warning: SQLite3::exec(): database is locked in /Users/bslindgreen/Documents/mamp/pagekit/vendor/symfony/http-kernel/Symfony/Component/HttpKernel/Profiler/SqliteProfilerStorage.php on line 43

what browser/OS are you running?

I have installed the site on both mamp (3.0.4) and on my blue host server neither of them are working.
My os system is mac 10.9.2 and i have tried using both safari (7.0.3) and Google chrome (34).
I can create a user for you on my blue host website, then you can try to debug it by that installation.
