Can you try rebooting eclipse and doing the upgrade again? I've seen this behavior with the automatic updates sometimes because it will grab the version number but not the jar in some cases. Then by the time it goes to update the jar has been replaced by a newer version.

I just rebooted but the behaviour is the same

Hmm, I'm not sure unfortunately. Everything looks correct in terms of the update site and the uploaded jars. Maybe uninstall the plugin and re-install it from scratch?

I already un-installed it. When trying to re-install it, the same error occures.
Hm, I'll wait for the next update and try it again.

That's a real bummer. Usually restarting eclipse fixes these types of issues for me (the update mechanism doesn't like projects that push out new releases frequently). Maybe try restarting your machine as well to be really certain. Also, does the jar listed above download properly for you from a browser?

Hello, I restarted my machine but no change.
When I enter the jar url in the browser I get a 403 forbidden.
The same thing with wget

Are you still getting an error about the same jar file? It should be a different version number now - we've done several releases.

The update site is definitely broken. I've filed a ticket on our IT folks to fix it asap.
