This is looking good so far, only a few things are missing before this is fixed.

Media type detection overall is implemented now. Base Media Types exist. I would still like to have a look at certain problems with it detecting JPEG Image (I cant figure out why some images do not work, there seems to be another type of encoding, this may just be an edge case but should preferably be cleared)
