I am including the logging in a rework of some parts of Harmony. Mainly, because it is very inefficient since it open/append/closes the log for every row and also because of some other bugs. Thanks for pointing out the threading issue, I'll fix that along my work too.

Oh, and if you want to contribute, I suggest you try working on the other issue you opened. The one where I made a suggestion about the generic class patch. I think it is isolated enough for that purpose.

The latest master contains a thread-safe logger that is also much faster in certain aspects.
