it seems to be my fault. did not follow README correctly... i do reRun the procedure right now and report back.

Installing develop was even harder, than installing production version.
Develop seems to only provide http support. Did not get https to work on develop.
Login with admin + Admin123! or User + User123! not working on develop.
So please developers do provide update to the docs + Installation step by step instructions. People do have issues installing the develop or production version of passwordcockpit.
Me for now i do install the production version until someone provides more info on how to install develop with https and domain-name support.

we switched to production docker-compose.yml and its working as described. Closing issue for develop.
