Oops - I am dumb. I have the latest. So this seems like a valid bug - unless I am misunderstanding the level of functionality expected from a non-Apache/IIS execution.

FWIW, the demo doesn't match the latest changes.

The feature works on Safari but not on Chrome & Firefox. I have to change the targetOrigin for my postMessage API calls to "*" and then tweak url-handler.js to make sure it all works with the History API. Getting there :)

Going to give this a sanity check in the morning but I think I have the issue mainly resolved. Safari now has a weird quirk in apache-less mode but I think it's a browser bug that can't be worked around.

Master has now been updated. Apache-less works much better in Chrome and Firefox. It's borked in Safari but I don't think that can be helped.
