Cleaning Up the Mobile View of Pattern Lab

1. Yeah, that's probably a good idea. I'm personally alright with small screens not being able to resize manually, so I'm fine hiding the handle below the $bp-med and setting the viewport to 100% width.
2. Ideally, it would be great to include annotations and code on small screens, just so those users can tap an element and read about how things would react on larger screens. I think there would be a lot of UI work that would need to go into that. But if we were to do that, the annotations would appear beneath the page, similar to my demo: http://bradfrostweb.com/demo/mobile-first/
3. To be honest, any of the small screen stuff has been an afterthought. Yeah, I think it just needs a deeper look.
4. I think the toolbar needs to be there, but I don't know why the overlap is happening. I don't think the height offset changes across screens. Again, just requires a deeper look.
