How to include this package only once using webpack?

As a general observation, it seems that the libphonenumber.js is included in the react-intl-tel-input component as well as requiring it in utilScript.

Also, just wondering why dist\main.js is so big as well, weighing in at 181kB for a react wrapper. I'm having a hard time justifying to my boss why we should be using this wrapper right now. :(

Even gzipped, this will double the js footprint we're currently delivering.

About the issue of dist/main.js's big file size, I find a loader named uglify-loader can help us to compress the main.js's size to be smaller.

    loaders: [{
      test: /\.js$/,
      exclude: /node_modules/,
      loader: 'uglify-loader!babel-loader'
    }

and the result:

  Asset    Size  Chunks             Chunk Names
main.js  139 kB       0  [emitted]  main

from 181kB to 139kB.
