Please install SDL2, SDL2_image, SDL2_mixer and SDL2_ttf
from game-pencil-engine-editor.

Hello @AsixJin,
Make sure you install the supplemental packages for libSDL2.
Try something like this on the Ubuntu terminal to install the additional packages.:
sudo apt-get install curl libsdl2-mixer-2.0-0 libsdl2-image-2.0-0 libsdl2-ttf-2.0-0 libsdl2-2.0-0
