Also I have refer this document https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/lifecycle/goingLive/ which can not help me to find such a solution.

Please help me to submit ny app to paypal.

@josharian I have a paypal live app id. I have integrate with my application. but when I try to login. it give me error like "Payment declined. The recipient cannot receive payments." Can you help me to solve out this issue ?

If you have a technical issue around MPL, please file an issue in the sdk-packages repo. If you have a new technical issue is with the PayPal iOS SDK, please file a new issue in this repo. (Issues should be kept single-purpose.)
