You would probably need --profile tiny.json

Yes, indeed. If you follow the instructions in the README.md and use --profile tiny.json you will get the following results.

$ mbed compile -t GCC_ARM -m UBLOX_EVK_ODIN_W2 --profile=tiny.json
...
Total Static RAM memory (data + bss): 18008(+18008) bytes
Total Flash memory (text + data): 31019(+31019) bytes

Image: ./BUILD/UBLOX_EVK_ODIN_W2/GCC_ARM-TINY/mbed-bootloader.bin

So, we're below 32 kB and that fits the allocation.
