- It is caused by something the TweakScale module does. If I skip Setup() the mirroring is correct.
- The values isMirrored, mirrorAxis, mirrorRefAxis, mirrorVector are identical in the good and the bad case.
Edit: scalePartTransform() is the culprit! Still no idea what is going wrong.

For mirrored parts, the game flips signs in the model transform, and TweakScale was not watching for those changes.
