Thanks for the report. I've fixed this now, so it works in both Firefox and Chrome. We should now be in compliance with the current WebAudio spec, so as more browsers support WebAudio, they will also work over time.
There were a few issues:
(1) window.AudioContext was misspelled (it was lowercased).
(2) createGainNode had been renamed createGain in the standard.
(3) noteOn and noteOff are replaced by start and stop in the standard.
