Rather than this I think that we can do something like this:
If the turtle goes out of the output area than the program execution should stop at that moment and it should report an error or something like that.I am presently trying to work on that ,but I am not able to tract the position of the turtle.
Can someone please let me know how to keep tract of it??

I'm not sure that moving the turtle offscreen should be an error by default. Having a consistent geometry on an infinite plane seems like it would be more important. Nevertheless, here is an example, in case you'd like to see how it feels. It just polls the position of the turtle 100 times per second:
