Hi @quantumbasel, version 0.34 of PennyLane is compatible with Python 3.9 and newer. It looks like you are using Python 3.8. Are you able to upgrade to a newer version of Python?

Ah thanks for the reply @trbromley! Currently not but I will reach out to the people that manage our internal systems and ask. In the meantime, happy to use v0.33. Thank you!

Just checked it, and indeed there are no issues when running it on python 3.9. Happy to let you close the issue if you feel it has been resolved (it's fine for me personally!) Thanks again!
