Yes, these are all good examples. As you mention, we also want examples that showcase the new features/ideas:

1. An example containing both CV and qubit subcomponents (maybe something from QChem?).
2. A computation where classical and quantum nodes are intermixed

Since we will still be making changes to the API, perhaps it would be best to prototype these examples with the existing codebase (to verify that they are working), but not to polish the actual code (since this will likely have to change)

Taken up to write examples again. See examples_maria branch (branches off new_user_interface). For now it will be a mixture of pseudo-code and our current code.
