I'm getting the same error using rvm with ruby 1.8.7 enterprise version, rails 2.3.10

For now, downgrade rubygems: gem update --system 1.6.2

Idebian won't allow me to downgrade. says that --system is disabled. so what the work around?

I'm getting this error, not on my local machine, but on Heroku when I try to run the console. Console loads but calling any model throws uninitialized constants. Any ideas?
