Could you please elaborate your setup that makes the switches turn one by one?
Have you tried adding them in a HA group? they should behave a bit more in sync like this.

this component cannot be compared to ifft or GA due to the fact that those companies have direct access to a possible private API that can easily trigger action on more devices in the same time. although theoretically possible in this component too, the fact that i'm limited to a single thread of execution (from ewelink app) + the way HA changes the states for individual entities makes a bit more difficult.

also, i don't find it to be an urgent matter 😅 and might actually be fixed (as a side-effect) by a full websocket implementation that tracks & pushes the states much faster than right now.

i think so too, they work quite fast now.
there might be a small delay and not all of them might switch in exactly the same time but giving the way HA toggles individual devices while in a group this is pretty much the best i can do 😃
